Partnership With Reality Investment Funds
We have partnered with reality investment funds who acquired 50% of our Electra campus in Rishon Le-Tsyion district, a 64 dunam (approx. 16 acres)
real estate property just southern to Tel-Aviv.
Electra-Bosch Factory
The property in Ashkelon (“A” development area) which extends over 32 dunams, on which the Electra-Bosch new factory will be built,
is fully owned by Electra.
